We are so lucky to have Syed Zyfar, as our certified yoga instructor. Syed practices Hatha flow yoga that is geared towards all levels of students.

You will experience a fluid blend of yoga movement, mindfulness, breath work, balance, strength and stability, while achieving self-confidence, along with physical, mental and emotional harmony.

Our classes are for our members only, but we will occasionally, have an opening for the public, so register for our newsletter list where we will announce when there is availability, or come to our weekly FREE Stress, Hormones & Health Educational Event where you can learn how to  become a member and begin to enjoy all of the benefits.
