This is a great, guiltless snack for any time!
4 cloves garlic
1/3 cup Brazil nuts (contain selenium)
1/3 cup sunflower seeds (contain cysteine)
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (contain zinc, magnesium)
1 bunch (2 cups) cilantro (contains vitamin A)
2/3 cup olive oil (omegas)
4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C)
2 tsp powdered Dulse seaweed (contains vitamins B12, C, B6, A, fiber and protein)
Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until creamy. Serve with fresh raw veggies.
